I relocated to Southside 18 years ago from a small town in NE Pennsylvania . Clarksville reminded my husband, Kevin, of how the Pocono Lake Region was when he grew up. We have raised our daughter Karlaina here. What appealed to me all those years ago, still attracts people today: friendly folks, temperate climate, small town charm (yet only an hour to Raleigh/Durham for museums & “big city” needs) & the great water recreation! I have enjoyed serving buyers & sellers with their real estate needs for 17 years. I am licensed in North Carolina & Virginia . Much of my business is referrals, because I put my clients FIRST! I am a consistent multi million dollar producer & will become a member of the Century 21 “Centurion Hall of Fame” this year.
